About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of marketing content and tools as well as campaigns and events across AGF's multi-channel business lines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in marketing and content strategy while contributing to strategic priorities of the team and Marketing and Product department. Key strengths in project management, accuracy and technical expertise are essential to this role to support our ongoing initiatives. This role is a newly created position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the broader Marketing team on campaigns and marketing initiatives across all distribution channels, with a focus on the development and execution of digital marketing strategies with the goal of operationalizing current activities for greater scalability and automation opportunities.

  • Coordinate and manage webcasts, including planning, logistics, technical support and liaising with the vendor to stay up to date on AGF's events platform.

  • Support the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.

  • Manage the content strategy on by aligning the website to key campaigns and initiatives, focusing on user experience and personalization.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Work collaboratively with sales, operations and product teams to understand impacts of operational and product changes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually enhance strategies and tactics.

  • Provide tactical support as needed to support the broader marketing plan and objectives with new insights and a "digital first" approach to content creation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Participate in all team meetings as an active contributor.

Your Qualifications

  • A passion for marketing, with an interest in investment management and finance.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously; a strong attention to detail is key.

  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team operating in a collaborative environment.

  • Ability to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.

  • Tech-savvy, willingness to learn digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Willingness to learn the business of investment management and compliance/regulatory requirements.

  • Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.

  • Fully adept in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • IFIC and/or CSC an asset but not required.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $55,000-65,000 annually, which represents base salary and, where applicable, variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commissions, etc.). Actual compensation will be determined based on many factors such as role location, candidate experience / qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
