Position Summary As a Software Engineering Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing system reliability, performance, and security while gaining hands-on experience in modern software development practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system monitoring, streamline deployments, and drive innovation, all while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications used in automotive diagnostics. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new features and troubleshoot software issues. Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to improving code quality. Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code with guidance from senior engineers. Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of applications. Help create and execute unit tests to ensure software reliability and accuracy. Contribute to technical documentation regarding internal processes, features, and tools. Work with cross-functional teams (product, QA, operations) to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with programming languages and frameworks such as .NET, C#, C++, Java, or similar. Basic knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and performance optimization techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with great attention to detail. Able to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools. Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
