Focus on promoting and expanding cladding and other key services. Conduct customer visits (approximately 2530%), complete visitor reports, and gather actionable market intelligence. Analyze data, assess trends, and develop strategies to capture new business. Partner with internal teams to provide customer insights and help improve overall business performance. As business needs evolve your sales focus may shift based on the company priorities and customer needs. Education & Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or a related field preferred. 35 years of outside sales experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales environment (experience in pipe, welding, coatings, or metal fabrication industries is a plus). Proven record of building new business, maintaining strong relationships, and exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levelsfrom shop floor to executive leadership. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software. Valid driver's license required. Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
