Position Summary/Duties: Business Development Center (BDC) Agent will be responsible for handling incoming sales phone calls and internet leads. Assisting the customer through the purchase process serving as a guide and point of contact, from confirming sales appointments to performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers. Essential Functions: Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person) Manage Internet sales leads Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance. Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles Position Requirements: Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills. Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor. Ability to speak and communicate clearly. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and able to submit to a driving record check. Ability to work in a technology-oriented environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Schedule: *Weekend availability
