*Core Responsibilities*
*Asset & Equipment Management (Primary Focus)*
* Maintain accurate tracking of all company laptops, desktops, iPads, work phones, drones, trucks, and related equipment
* Own asset registry integrity and ensure 100% assignment visibility
* Manage device and vehicle assignment, status changes, and access control updates
* Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including configuration, recovery, and documentation
* Coordinate repairs, replacements, warranties, and full lifecycle tracking
* Conduct periodic asset audits to verify physical-to-system accuracy
* Ensure compliance requirements are met for tracked equipment (where applicable)
*Systems & Integrations (Secondary Focus)*
* Build, monitor, and maintain Zapier workflows that support operational processes
* Support and troubleshoot HubSpot, Arrivy, JustCall, and related system integrations
* Identify and resolve automation failures
* Improve existing integrations to reduce manual work and data inconsistencies
*Workflow & Data Management (Supporting Focus)*
* Maintain clean and accurate operational data across systems
* Document workflows, automation logic, and system updates
* Support internal reporting with reliable system inputs
* Ensure asset-related data remains aligned across integrated platforms
*Required Qualifications*
* 2+ years experience in asset management, systems administration, IT coordination, or operations support
* Hands-on experience building and maintaining Zapier workflows (highly preferred)
* Experience working within a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
* Experience managing device onboarding, offboarding, and asset tracking processes
* Strong attention to detail and process documentation skills
* Ability to troubleshoot integration and workflow issues independently
* Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience managing fleet or vehicle tracking systems
* Experience with multi-system integrations (CRM, accounting, operations platforms)
* Familiarity with asset lifecycle tracking tools
* Basic understanding of APIs or webhooks
* Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-department environment
*Success Metrics*
* 100% asset assignment accuracy across all equipment
* Clean onboarding and offboarding execution with no missing assets
* Successful completion of periodic asset audits
* Stable Zapier workflows with minimal automation failures
* Reduced manual processes through improved integrations
* Accurate and documented workflows across systems
*Work Environment & Expectations*
* Full-time, in-person position based in San Antonio, TX
* This is not a remote or hybrid role
* Cross-functional interaction with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Accounting
* Fast-paced environment requiring strong organization and prioritization
* Expected to proactively identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
