Charis is a multidisciplinary diagnostic and therapeutic clinic, supporting autistic individuals with complex neurodevelopmental differences across the lifespan. Charis team seeks to bring evidence-based, current and effective therapeutic practices to individuals and families through our team of Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists.
*Primary responsibilities include:*
* Participating in diagnostic evaluations as a member of the multi-disciplinary team
* Providing accurate and timely diagnostic conclusions
* Providing individual and family therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults
* Working knowledge of functional and occupational traits associated with autism
* Maintaining detailed confidential records
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on developing, implementing, and revising the therapy plan of care based on initial and ongoing assessments
*The successful candidate will possess:*
* Licensed as an Occupational Therapist
* Preferred - current enrollment in Vermont Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont
* Excellent clinical skills with a basic knowledge of autistic traits as currently understood (training and consultation with team members available on an ongoing basis)
* Analytical & problem-solving skills to develop effective therapy plans
* Basic knowledge of clinical assessment instruments, results, and interpretation (training can be provided for specific assessments used by Charis)
* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
* Computer skills to operate record keeping, scheduling, word processing software
* Working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets
* Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws
*This position also includes:*
* Scheduling, billing, and records retention provided by administration
* Weekly participation in clinical team meeting
* Participation in clinic-based professional development
* Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills
* Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
