SOLTOP Energie AG develops and commercializes innovative and sustainable energy solutions. As part of the development of our KIGO business line (ceilings), we are looking for a committed and targeted individual to strengthen our sales team in French-speaking Switzerland (VD - NE - FR - JU) for external sales (80–100%). Your mission: In the region assigned to you (the cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, and Jura), you will be responsible for business development and positioning of the KIGO product range.Main responsibilities: - Develop and consolidate the existing customer portfolio- Acquire new business partners and expand the specialized network- Actively promote KIGO products to engineering firms, specialists, architects, and general contractors- Ensure KIGO solutions in calls for tenders while achieving revenue targets and ensuring sustainable margins- Provide technical advice to clients and identify suitable solutions for their projects- Independently plan and organize your client visits- Follow up on projects and document data objects- Prepare offers in collaboration with the internal sales department- Act as an interface between clients and internal departments (technical, internal sales, marketing)- Represent KIGO at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings- Provide relevant insights on market trends and competitionYour profile: - Technical or commercial background (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent)- Commercial-technical profile with a strong customer focus- An active network in the building sector, particularly in HVAC, in the VD/NE/FR/JU cantons represents a real asset- Experience in external sales, ideally in the building sector, HVAC, or technical solutions - Understanding of processes and tendering- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit- Ease and ability to create lasting relationships- Interest in innovative and sustainable energy solutions- French language skills, good knowledge of German is idealLocation: You will be based at our KIGO branch in Yverdon, the starting point for your business activities in Switzerland.
