Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include tracking stock levels, performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with receiving and put-away processes. This position is vital to our Logistics department, ensuring that our stock information is up-to-date and reliable. We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to Safety. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Update inventory records accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Assist with the receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
  • Track stock movement and ensure proper labeling.
  • Generate inventory reports as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
  • Properly use and maintain all equipment, including scanners.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures related to inventory and Logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks, including Lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to all protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
