Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders or picking lists.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper training and certification.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Utilize required PPE at all times to ensure personal Safety.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and frequently Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to Safety and willingness to follow all guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to use company-provided PPE.
