Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick specified items from inventory using order sheets and scanning technology.

- Conduct thorough checks for order accuracy before packing and dispatch.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to all packages.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace, adhering strictly to safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow directives from warehouse leadership to optimize workflow.
- Uphold company standards for attendance, productivity, and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Must have the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail for ensuring order accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously.
- Must be able to remain standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended durations.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices is mandatory.
- Commitment to wearing all required PPE, including safety glasses and footwear.
- Familiarity with logistics principles is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality are essential.
