Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory with precision.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, orderly, and safe.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 55 lbs regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is highly desirable.
- Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
