Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory with precision.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and checks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines and mandatory PPE requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 55 lbs regularly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is highly desirable.
  • Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
