We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role encompasses a variety of essential warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your dedication ensures that our products reach customers accurately and on schedule. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; you will be required to adhere to all company safety regulations and utilize the appropriate PPE. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and moving of items, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse facility.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage outgoing shipments and assist with loading trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
