Seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our Virginia Beach, Virginia facility. This position is critical to our logistics operations, involving the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and assist with order fulfillment. A valid forklift certification and a proven track record of safe operation are required. We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent spatial awareness and a strong commitment to safety. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in inventory placement and retrieval. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied to ensure your safety. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with order picking and staging for shipment.
- Conducting daily inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Collaborating with warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations.
