Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather items for customer orders from various warehouse locations.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Select appropriate packing materials and methods to ensure product safety during transit.
- Pack orders efficiently, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Stage packed orders for shipment, coordinating with the shipping department.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear PPE.
