Job Summary:
Become a Fulfillment Associate at our state-of-the-art facility in Boston, Massachusetts! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You'll be working with a variety of products, making accuracy and careful handling paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify order details to ensure correct items and quantities.
  • Prepare packed orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear designated PPE.
  • Support the overall logistics and fulfillment team objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Understanding of inventory control principles and logistics flow.
  • Excellent safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.
