The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. This position requires consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the use of PPE . Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify against documentation.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required/provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet performance goals.
- Ensure correct use of all required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical capability for manual labor, including regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety .
- Willingness to wear designated safety equipment (PPE ).
