We are actively seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vital link in our supply chain and contribute to our efficient Logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading materials, picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically capable of performing demanding tasks, and possess a commitment to workplace Safety . Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will be expected to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and wear appropriate PPE . Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all guidelines regarding the use of PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive manual labor, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safety -first work environment.
- Willingness to wear required safety gear (PPE ).
