We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our state-of-the-art facility in San Jose, California. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This includes loading and unloading trucks, transporting goods to and from storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. A valid forklift certification is required, along with a proven track record of operating various types of forklifts safely. You must be proficient in maneuvering in tight spaces and have excellent spatial awareness. Safety is our top priority, and all operators are expected to adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures. This includes conducting pre-operational checks on equipment and ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Your role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring a steady flow of goods and materials. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel, including receivers, packers, and supervisors, to ensure seamless operations. Efficient and accurate handling of inventory is crucial. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and have a strong commitment to workplace safety. This position requires consistent Lifting and moving of heavy items, as well as the ability to operate machinery for extended periods.
