As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role is fundamental to our Logistics process, ensuring that goods are managed efficiently and accurately within our facility. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physical demands, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Maintaining a safe work environment is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all Safety regulations and the consistent use of provided PPE are mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock received goods in designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all established Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE .
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Assist with tasks requiring manual Lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and basic Logistics concepts.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety .
- Willingness to adhere to and use all necessary PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
