Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards, including the diligent use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Support various logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Capability for consistent physical activity, including Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics operations.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and using PPE.
