Our Salt Lake City, Utah facility is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to contribute to the seamless operation of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely product distribution. You will work in a challenging yet rewarding warehouse environment, employing best practices in material handling and safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively, including forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Support general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
