As a Picker/Packer, your primary responsibilities will include accurately locating and retrieving items from inventory, verifying order details, and carefully packing them for safe transit. We maintain a strong emphasis on safety; therefore, adherence to all established safety protocols and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are mandatory for all team members. The physical requirements of this job include prolonged periods of standing and walking, along with frequent bending, reaching, and moderate Lifting of packages weighing up to 35 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is beneficial, but we are keen to train enthusiastic and reliable individuals. You will also contribute to maintaining an organized and clean workspace, which is crucial for efficient logistics.
