Join our expanding logistics operation in Charlotte, North Carolina, as an Order Picker. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. We are looking for motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for navigating our warehouse efficiently to locate and retrieve items according to specified orders, verifying product information, and ensuring order accuracy. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential. Safety is a top priority, and you will be required to adhere to all safety regulations and utilize the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. The physical demands of this position include prolonged standing and walking, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and moderate Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Prior warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous. You will be expected to meet picking targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and contributing to a well-organized and efficient warehouse space.
