Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in stocktaking.
- Identify and report any product damage, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support various logistics functions as needed to meet business demands.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
