Are you an energetic and meticulous individual looking for a Picker/Packer role in our Boise, Idaho facility? We are actively recruiting for motivated team members to join our thriving logistics department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting items from warehouse locations and preparing them for shipment. Success hinges on accuracy, speed, and a dedication to maintaining product quality throughout the process. Your duties will include picking items according to order specifications, utilizing scanning equipment, carefully packaging products to ensure they remain undamaged during transit, and applying accurate shipping labels. We place a high value on workplace Safety, and all associates are required to follow established Safety guidelines and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary. This position involves significant physical demands, including regular Lifting of boxes and standing for prolonged periods. We are seeking reliable, efficient individuals with a positive approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous but not essential; we provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for quality and any signs of damage.
- Package orders securely using appropriate materials.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Strictly follow all Safety protocols and wear assigned PPE.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to work ethic.
