Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Package orders securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify order details to confirm accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE as required by your tasks and the work environment.
- Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Support the smooth operation of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring moderate physical exertion for extended periods.
- Must be capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse terminology.
- Team player with good communication skills.
