AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive and collaborative school district in Landover, MD to welcome a *Speech Language Pathologist* to join their growing team. *What You’ll Do:*
* Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to students
* Address expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language skills
* Support students with communication-related behavioral needs
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
*Caseload Details:*
* Serve students in grades K–5, with some exposure to students with Autism
* Blended elementary and middle school caseloads
* Caseloads can be matched to clinician experience and preferences when possible
* Average caseload in the low 50s
* District utilizes a workload model to ensure equitable distribution of responsibilities
* Approximately half of the workday is dedicated to direct IEP service delivery
* Additional support is provided if workload or caseload overages occur
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP)
* Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License
* Experience with elementary and middle school populations strongly preferred
* Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
