We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our innovative software development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our cutting-edge applications across multiple platforms, including mobile and web. Your expertise will drive the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, automation scripts, and troubleshooting procedures to deliver seamless user experiences. * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and Appium for mobile and web applications.
* Execute functional, system, regression, performance, load testing, and user acceptance testing to validate software quality across Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, and cloud environments like AWS.
* Develop and implement test plans based on detailed analysis of business requirements and technical specifications.
* Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify root causes of defects through thorough debugging and troubleshooting using tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, or IntelliJ IDEA.
* Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps (TFS), and other DevOps tools to streamline release cycles.
* Perform API testing for RESTful web services using Postman or SoapUI; validate data integrity with SQL/PL-SQL queries against databases like MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB.
* Document test cases, defect reports, and test results accurately in tools such as HP ALM or Jira; participate in requirement gathering sessions to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

* Proven experience in software testing with a strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
* Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver combined with programming languages like Java or Python; scripting skills are essential.
* Knowledge of mobile testing on Android and iOS platforms using Appium or similar tools; familiarity with UI/UX testing is a plus.
* Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter to evaluate system scalability under load conditions.
* Strong understanding of APIs (SOAP & REST), service-oriented architecture (SOA), and web services testing; experience with JSON/XML data formats is required.
* Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, SVN; experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical skills for root cause analysis combined with effective debugging capabilities across various operating systems including Windows and Linux.
* Ability to gather business requirements through analysis skills to develop comprehensive test cases that align with project goals.
* Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle DB2, or Microsoft SQL Server for data validation purposes. Pay: $79,968.02 - $136,305.56 per year
