Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Ballad Health.

Required Credentials: BSN required for international travelers

Special Requests: RTO must be included with submission

Shift & Scheduling:

• Call - Avg 10 days in 6 weeks
• Weekends - Every third weekend (included on call shifts)

Floating Requirements: Required to float between Johnston Memorial Hospital and Bristol Regional Medical Center.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
