*About the Opportunity:*
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time *Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our school partner in Middletown, DE. This district is Delaware’s fastest-growing school system and offers a highly supportive team environment. Clinicians benefit from robust AAC support and a focus on well-managed, balanced caseloads.This short-term assignment is ideal for SLPs who enjoy middle school populations and thrive in collaborative, structured settings.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Deliver speech-language therapy to middle school students
* Provide classroom-based and pull-out services
* Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff
* Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
*Caseload Details:*
* Support 6th–8th grade students with a variety of communication needs
* Anticipated caseload: ~45 students
* Address common school-based communication disorders: articulation delays, language delays, fluency disorders, and developmental delays
* Some students will have severe and complex communication needs
* Access to shared office space
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP)
* Active Delaware SLP License
* Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
