About the Role As a Tech Lead for AI Products, you will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, providing solutions architecture, supporting feature development, and ensuring quality releases. You'll translate stakeholder business needs into actionable AI solutions, develop architectural designs, and manage project timelines. Oversee transitions of AI projects from proof of concept to deployment-ready solutions that enhance our offerings. Conduct light sprint planning and reviews, prioritize features, and write high-quality production code. Implement testing protocols and work collaboratively with engineering teams to uphold quality standards. Your technical decisions will directly affect costs, and you will prepare documentation and user materials for effective AI solution adoption. Lead ethical reviews and risk/security evaluations to protect our solutions, while proactively identifying improvements for clients and the development team. Act as a mentor for team members to foster professional growth through knowledge sharing and setting high coding standards. Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements. Proficient in scalable production-level Python code and knowledgeable in Linux/UNIX systems. Machine Learning proficiency.
Experienced with packages like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and adept in developing AI/ML models. GenAI Expertise.
Skilled in designing AI agents using large language models, with experience in prompt engineering and multi-agent orchestration. Software Development exposure.
Familiar with the software development lifecycle and MLOps, including CI/CD practices with Docker and Git. AI-Enhanced Engineering.
Advocate for AI-assisted software engineering and productivity improvement tools. Strong Communication.
Capable of succinctly conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Agile Experience.
Experienced in Scrum or Kanban methodologies, favoring iterative improvements. Preferred Skills AI Agent Knowledge.
Understanding of AI agent monitoring, evaluation, and integration with business systems. Cloud Deployment.
Knowledgeable in deploying AI/ML solutions across major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Keen on Knowledge Sharing.

The salary range for this position reflects various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs: approximately $126,500.00 - $299,500.00 annually.
