Über
Develop and design intuitive reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring they are functional and regularly updated.
Developing and Managing Data Pipelines:
Construct, maintain, and enhance ETL processes to guarantee the accurate and efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data into our systems.
Automating Workflows:
Create automated processes with Power Automate to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations.
Collaborating with Stakeholders:
Work closely with team members and leadership to understand their data needs, converting those requirements into impactful solutions and clear reports.
Building Applications:
Develop straightforward applications in Power Apps and Oracle APEX when necessary, to enhance team processes.
What We're Looking For Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Oracle SQL, with experience in Oracle APEX. Familiarity with DAX for formula creation is essential.
Problem-Solving Skills:
A determined and enthusiastic approach to diagnosing issues, with a readiness to explore and resolve challenges.
Communication Skills:
Outstanding listening skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Attention to Detail:
A meticulous approach to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all reports and processes.
Leadership and Strategy:
A forward-thinking mindset to lead projects and mentor others, understanding how your contributions align with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools.
U.S. citizenship is required due to client contracts.
Ability to obtain the necessary government security clearance.

You will implement Oracle products to meet client needs, applying established methodologies and practices. Your expertise will significantly enhance customer engagement through effective consulting, while contributing to business development and developing solutions for diverse projects. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $71,200 to $158,200 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
