We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator who also possesses a strong DevOps background. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting our development pipelines. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, Linux administration, and database management. Key Requirements: Master's degree with over 11 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience with GitLab CI/CD and server management. Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration. Strong familiarity with automation tools, preferably Ansible. Solid background in Linux administration, particularly Ubuntu LTS. Thorough knowledge of PostgreSQL, including backup strategies and replication techniques. Understanding of effective backup and restore policies and practices. Basic networking skills, including troubleshooting and configuration. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and solid end-user support skills. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain GitLab CI/CD servers and pipelines. Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker. Automate routine tasks using Ansible. Oversee Swarm clusters and other DevOps environments. Manage Linux systems (Ubuntu LTS), ensuring they remain stable, secure, and high-performing. Maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring backups (using Barman), replication (master-slave), and restore procedures are effective. Develop and enforce backup and restore policies across all systems. Provide daily end-user support for infrastructure-related issues. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network configurations and connectivity.
