Sr. Data Scientist / Data Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX and Pittsburgh, PA - Remote Role
Lon Term Role
Overview: • 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development. • Experience with data storytelling through visualization. • Experience in designing and executing end to end experiments • Experience with vector databases, data pipelines, and retrieval systems. • Knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI. • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new AI techniques and frameworks. • Domain expertise in Personal Investment Banking (Preferable)
Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world problems. • Extract, clean, and preprocess large, unstructured datasets from various internal and external sources. • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify hidden trends, anomalies, and patterns that drive strategic decision-making. • Build, train, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, NLP). • Perform and lead analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. • Mentor, coach, train, and develop data scientists / analysts. Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members.
Required Qualifications • Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Development, or a closely related field. • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field. • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to complex, ambiguous problems and translate insights into actionable engineering solutions.
