• Act as Duty Manager regularly, overseeing daily operations.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Maximize member experience through effective team leadership.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
• Is skilled in financial planning and management.
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
