Location: South Holland, IL 60473
Start/End Date: ASAP – May 22, 2026, with opportunities for Extended School Year (ESY) and renewal for the 2026–2027 school year
Grade Levels: Ages 18–22
Caseload: Supporting transition-aged students with a wide range of abilities, focusing on independence, functional communication, and daily life skills
Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000 annualized, based on experience and qualifications
Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to students ages 18–22 in South Holland, Illinois. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and runs through May 22, 2026, with the opportunity to continue through Extended School Year and renew for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with transition-aged students, helping them build independence through functional communication and real-world life skills. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while growing within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
· Provide full-time speech and language therapy services Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM–2:30 PM, to students with a variety of abilities
· Support functional communication, vocational readiness, and life skills development (e.g., conversational language, community-based interactions, workplace communication)
· Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions
· Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and related service providers to support communication skills in group and individual settings
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communication
· Utilize the IEP system for documentation and compliance
· Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
· Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning

Qualifications
· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing)
· Current Illinois licensure or eligibility (IDFPR)
· Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement (required)
· Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain
