Support governance through participation in roadmap discussions, funding evaluations, and risk and architecture reviews
Promote best‑in‑class engineering and delivery practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to modernization goals
Serve as a senior advisor to business and technology partners, providing clarity on feasibility, risks, trade‑offs, and recommended approaches
Build and sustain a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in complex, regulated enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end technical solution development across the full lifecycle
Hands‑on experience modernizing systems and migrating applications to AWS or Azure

Proven track record of leading cross‑functional delivery using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience in solution design, integration patterns, and modern engineering approaches
Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex technical and business landscapes
Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical SMEs, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
