Project Scope:
- Perform a complete material takeoff from provided construction drawings and specifications
- Quantify all major trades (site work, concrete, framing, roofing, drywall, finishes, etc.)
- Provide quantities in an organized Excel spreadsheet or takeoff software export
- Identify any missing information or discrepancies in plans
- Clearly separate quantities by unit and common areas
Deliverables:
- Detailed quantity takeoff in Excel (or compatible format)
- Clearly labeled breakdown by trade
- Assumptions and clarifications noted
Requirements:
- Proven experience completing construction takeoffs for multi-unit residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Experience with takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
