Rasant/Straps offers premium, durable, and problem solving strap. Your mission is to stop the scroll and turn viewers into customers through data-backed design with problem-solving visuals.
**Key Responsibilities**
Market Research: Analyze competitors and customer pain points to identify winning visual angles (e.g., discomfort of straps, durability issues, or lack of variety).
Problem-Solving Visuals: Create "Us vs. Them" comparisons, exploded views of material quality, and comfort-focused imagery.
Direct Response Design: Craft ads specifically for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and Google Display that prioritize clarity and high CTR.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs feel premium and align with the Rasant Straps aesthetic while pushing the boundaries of performance creative.
**Requirements**
Portfolio of Performance Ads: You must show examples of ads that were designed for conversions (e-commerce/DTC experience is a must).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to explain why a design works, not just how it was made.
Ad Formats: Mastery of static images, carousels, and short-form video overlays/motion graphics.
Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
What We Are Looking For in an Ad
The Hook: A visual element that stops the scroll in under 1 second.
The Education: Highlighting the "Quick Release" mechanism, premium materials, or sweat-resistance.
The Trust: Integration of social proof or "Engineered for straps
callouts.
