About the Role
We're a U.S.-based professional services company serving founders and entrepreneurs in high-trust environments.
We already have:
A strong logo and brand identity
Established color palette and fonts
Existing brochures, one-pagers, decks, and event materials
We are not looking for a rebrand or overhaul.
We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented designer to help us execute clean, modern marketing assets that stay consistent with our brand while feeling current and polished.
This is an ongoing production role — not a strategy or brand-creation role.
What You'll Be Creating
Most marketing assets will ultimately live inside HubSpot (emails, landing pages) or WordPress (website updates). You will not be responsible for backend builds, but you should be comfortable designing assets that work well within those platforms (image sizing, layout constraints, mobile responsiveness, etc.).
Work will include small and mid-sized marketing design requests such as:
Event brochures and handouts
Sales one-pagers (including variations for different audiences)
Slide decks and presentation design
12–15 social media graphics at a time
Ad creatives for LinkedIn and Meta
Newsletter and landing page graphics
Community badges and light branded assets
Occasional website graphic updates
Applying templates to short-form video/reels
Updating and refreshing existing materials
Some projects will be:
"Make this look better and on-brand."
Others will be:
"Create this from scratch using our existing brand system."
What We're Looking For
You're a strong fit if you:
Have experience designing for B2B or professional services brands
Create clean, elegant, easy-to-read designs
Understand hierarchy and whitespace
Know how to design for conversion (not just aesthetics)
Can move quickly without sacrificing quality
Are comfortable working inside Canva (required)
Can adapt designs to different formats (ads, social, decks, PDFs)

Paid trial project to start
Experience that's a plus:
Experience designing for HubSpot or WordPress-based websites
Understanding how design impacts conversion on landing pages
Familiarity with responsive layout best practices
