This is a focused, one-week test engagement limited to up to 10 hours. The objective is to quickly design, launch and evaluate paid social campaigns across selected platforms. Based on performance and collaboration quality, there may be future opportunities.
This role requires both creative thinking and hands-on ad platform execution.
Scope of Work
You will:
Understand the platform, audience segments and core value proposition
Propose 1–2 clear ad concepts with defined messaging angles
Design and produce ad creatives such as:
Static image ads (pamphlet-style)
Short vertical video ads suitable for Reels and YouTube Shorts
Set up and launch paid campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
Reddit Ads
YouTube Ads
Define targeting strategy and campaign structure
Monitor performance during the test window
Deliver structured insights and practical next-step recommendations
This is not a content-only role and not a strategy-only role. You must be comfortable executing both.
Required Experience & Tools
Proven experience running paid social campaigns end-to-end
Experience creating ad creatives using professional tools such as:
Canva (Pro)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
CapCut or equivalent short-form video tools
You must have your own licensed access to the tools you use
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is essential
Experience with Reddit Ads and YouTube Ads is highly preferred
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and creative testing
Working Arrangement
Fully remote
1–2 short coordination calls during the week
Flexible hours within the agreed 10-hour cap
Some overlap with Australian business hours is helpful but not mandatory

We are looking for someone execution-focused, commercially aware and capable of moving quickly within a defined scope.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
