We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Operations & Virtual Support Specialist to support our team with a wide range of operational, administrative, and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
You'll work closely with the team to support business operations, scheduling, documentation, coordination, and general virtual assistance. The right person is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general virtual and administrative support across different functions
• Assist with operational tasks such as documentation, coordination, and process support
• Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports
• Help with task tracking, follow-ups, and keeping things organized
• Support ad hoc projects and day-to-day operational needs
Requirements:
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, spreadsheets, Trello, and project management tools
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Nice to Have (but not required):
• Experience supporting operations for startups or remote teams
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Colonial Stock Transfer, DealMaker, Gusto, PandaDoc,
• Basic understanding of business operations or project coordination
