I am hiring a detail-oriented AI video production assistant to execute a structured, repeatable short-form workflow. This is execution-based production using strict templates. It is not a creative ideation or open-ended editing role.
You must already be familiar with:
* Sora 2 Pro
* Kling / Kling Motion Control
* AI image generation workflows
* Vertical 9:16 short-form formats
This role requires strict template adherence and consistency.
What You'll Be Provided:
* Detailed campaign guides
* Step-by-step production instructions
* Script templates
* Dialogue templates
* Image prompt structure
* Video prompt structure
* Caption format guidelines
* File naming format
* Example accounts and reference videos
* Platform access (where required after trial phase)
- You are not responsible for creating new concepts from scratch.
- Your role is to accurately replicate and execute the provided format.
Video Format:
* Vertical (9:16)
* 10–12 seconds
* Selfie-style realism
* Dialogue-driven
* No creative rewrites
* No added effects unless instructed
Core Responsibilities Per Video:
1. Generate required AI image using provided prompt structure
2. Convert image to motion using Kling Motion with the reference workflow
3. Follow dialogue exactly as written
4. Write caption using provided guidelines
5. Export in 1080x1920 format
6. Upload to designated Google Drive folder
7. Name file correctly according to format
Compensation:
* $5 per completed video
* Rate increases available based on output quality, consistency, and turnaround speed
Ideal Candidate:
* Comfortable using Sora 2 Pro and Kling Motion
* Precise with instructions
* Prefers structured template workflows
* Consistent and dependable
