Your role is to snippet, shorten, enhance, and package it for distribution and growth.

What You Will Do
Long-Form Podcast Editing
From 20–60 minutes of raw or semi-edited footage:
Clean cuts, pacing, flow optimizationAudio leveling and clarityColor correctionLight branding if neededExport for podcast / YouTube distribution Short-Form Social Clips (Core Task)
From each long video:
Create 3–10 short clips (30–120 sec each)Formats:Vertical (9:16) for Instagram / TikTokSquare or vertical for LinkedInStrong hook in first 1–2 secondsBurned-in captions (modern, dynamic)Punch-ins, zooms, rhythmClean, premium look (not flashy or cheesy) Motion Graphics
You should be able to:

For selected content:
Turn video snippets into masterclass-style videosInsert slides, diagrams, B-roll between talking segmentsCreate visual storytelling, not just talking headUsed for education, training, and premium contentThis is not required immediately, but is a strong plus.
Technical Expectations
You should:
Work comfortably in:Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinciAfter Effects or equivalent for motionBe able to:
Adapt aspect ratios
Create caption templates
Manage exports cleanly
Deliver reliably and communicate clearly
Respect deadlines and feedback loops
What You Receive
Raw or semi-edited video footage
Creative direction and examples
Occasionally timestamps or clip ideas
Brand assets once finalized
You're expected to also proactively identify strong moments and hooks.
Pricing & Volume

Monthly retainer
Volume packages
There is consistent monthly volume.

Price per long-form edit
Price per short-form bundle
Price for motion graphics / slide videos (if separate)
Your typical turnaround time
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
