We're looking for a UX Designer who wants to build something meaningful - not just ship screens.
Your Mission:
- Design clear, structured, and low-cognitive-load experiences across web and mobile.
- From onboarding flows that reduce friction
To entity dashboards that make complexity understandable
- To AI-driven flows that require clarity and trust
- You will bring logic, structure, and momentum to every surface.
What You'll Do:
- Own UX for web and mobile platforms from discovery → wireframes → high-fidelity → dev handoff
- Conduct UX audits and identify structural improvements
- Map complex user journeys and multi-step flows
- Translate backend logic into intuitive front-end experiences
- Design data-dense interfaces that feel calm, not overwhelming
- Build scalable systems: components, tokens, interaction rules
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering (this is not a siloed design role)
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in UX design (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-based systems
- Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens)
- Clear understanding of systems thinking and information architecture
- Comfortable designing for AI-enhanced experiences (decision flows, confirmations, contextual nudges)
- Able to explain your design reasoning clearly
Bonus Points:
- Experience with fintech, internal tools, DevTools, ERP/PSA-style platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, FullStory, etc.)
- Ability to prototype quickly (Framer, Webflow, etc.)
- Experience documenting UX logic in Notion
- Interest in motion and interaction design
Engagement Details:
- Ongoing collaboration
- 25–35 hrs/week to start
- Web + Mobile scope
- Likely long-term relationship if fit is strong
