This role requires someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns while also creating high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, and content) using AI tools and online research.
We work primarily with foreign languages, mainly Hebrew, and later we plan to expand into the German market, so experience working with non-English markets is a strong advantage.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and execute Facebook Ads campaigns manually (setup, targeting, testing, scaling, optimization)
* Plan and implement overall marketing strategies focused on performance and growth
* Create ad creatives including images, videos, and marketing content using AI tools
* Research competitors, trends, and winning products or marketing angles online
* Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns
* Improve CTR, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
* Provide clear reporting and insights on campaign performance
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns
* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
* Experience creating ads and videos using AI tools
* Ability to research, test, and implement new marketing ideas independently
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
* Strong communication and reliability
**Compensation:**
* First month budget: **$350**
* Opportunity to increase up to **$1000/month** based on performance
* Growth depends on achieving key metrics and goals such as CTR and ROAS
