The Opportunity
Wolfenburg Roofing is expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative to lead our outbound sales efforts. This isn't just a "calling" job; it's a strategic role where you will be the first point of contact for commercial property owners and asset managers. Your goal? To open doors, build trust, and pipeline high-value commercial roofing projects.
What You'll Do
Targeted Outreach: Execute daily outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to commercial building owners and property managers.
Lead Qualification: Identify high-potential roofing projects and determine decision-makers within commercial portfolios.
Relationship Building: Move past the "gatekeeper" to have meaningful conversations about property maintenance and capital expenditure.
Pipeline Management: Schedule qualified consultations for our senior estimators and sales team.
CRM Hygiene: Diligently track every interaction and lead status to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
What We're Looking For
The "Hustle" Mentality: You aren't afraid of the word "no." You view every rejection as one step closer to a "yes."
Remote Discipline: You have a proven track record of staying productive while working from home and hitting KPIs without constant supervision.
Communication Skills: You can sound authoritative yet approachable over the phone. You understand how to speak the language of a building owner.
Construction/Real Estate Interest: While roofing experience is a plus, a quick learner who understands the value of commercial asset protection will thrive here.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software is required.
