Job Title: Property Management & Marketing Assistant

A fast-growing commercial real estate company specializing in modern, flexible spaces for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Job Overview:
We're looking for a highly organized Remote Property Management & Marketing Assistant to help with leases, renewals, maintenance requests, file organization, and marketing our properties online. You'll keep our records accurate, coordinate tasks, and support social media and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain digital lease files and property documentation in Google Drive
Track lease expirations and manage renewal processes
Ensure all insurance, tenant, and property documentation is complete and properly filed
Maintain calendars for lease deadlines, inspections, and other property-related events
Receive, track, and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and tenants
Prepare reports and summaries as needed in Google Sheets or Docs
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the property management team
Post content and updates on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Assist with marketing materials, flyers, and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
Strong experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
Proactive, dependable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
Familiarity with social media platforms and posting content
Some experience creating real estate marketing material
