We run an online education program in Sweden that helps creators and entrepreneurs build and scale content businesses. Many of our students either already create content or are about to start publishing at volume, and they all need reliable video editors to grow.
We are now building a small, high-quality pool of remote video editors / VAs that our students can hire for ongoing projects. If you're good, this can turn into full-time work with many projects over time.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form and/or long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Animations
- Add captions, simple animations, b-roll, basic color and sound clean-up.
- Follow brand guidelines, hooks, and content frameworks provided by clients.
- Communicate clearly, give updates, and deliver before deadlines to allow revisions.
- Compensation & volume
- We are focused on long-term, repeat work rather than one-off projects.
Typical starting ranges our students look for are:
Short-form videos (Reels / TikToks / Shorts):
30–60 sec edits in the range of $10–$15 per video, with the potential for high volume each month.
YouTube videos (5–15 minutes):
Talking-head / simple YouTube edits in the range of $50–$100 per video.
Rates within these ranges depend on your skill, speed, and reliability. Editors who deliver great work on time usually get more projects and more stable monthly income.

Who we're looking for
- Strong portfolio of social media edits (send links).
- Fast, reliable internet and a stable editing setup.
- Great communication in English (written and spoken).
- You respect deadlines and are proactive if something blocks you.
-You are hungry for consistent work and long-term relationships, not just one-offs.
