The Role
We are growing fast, and we need a Hunter who can fuel our expansion with world-class talent.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be the engine behind our growth. We aren't looking for a passive HR administrator who waits for applications to roll in. We need a proactive Talent Partner who can take a strategic vision from a hiring manager, translate it into a sharp Job Description, and go out and find the best talent in the world to fill the seat.
You will own the hiring process end-to-end. You are the gatekeeper of our culture and the accelerator of our team. Also, Impact3 is a rocketship; you need to move at our speed and drive our hiring effectively without sacrificing quality.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: You own the pipeline from start to finish. This includes leading intake calls with hiring leads, drafting compelling Job Descriptions (using AI to speed up the process), posting jobs, and managing the ATS.
- Relentless Sourcing: You don't just wait for inbound. You are a headhunter at heart. You will actively source top-tier candidates on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and niche crypto communities to find the "passive" rockstars.
- The First Filter: You will conduct the first round of screening interviews. You need to be a good judge of character, assessing for English fluency, cultural fit, and "hustle" before passing them to the hiring team.
- Process Coordination: You are the conductor of the orchestra. You will send assignments, coordinate calendars for 2nd and 3rd round interviews, and ensure the candidate experience is seamless and fast.
- Ops & Onboarding: As you settle in, your role expands to drafting contracts, managing offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Recruitment Experience: You have a documented history of full-cycle recruiting. A mix of Recruitment Agency (high volume/outbound) and In-House (culture/process) experience is highly preferred.
- Global Hiring: You have experience hiring in international markets. You understand the nuances of hiring contractors in different time zones.
- Perfect English: Your communication skills must be flawless. You represent Impact3 to the world. You must be able to assess a candidate's English level accurately during the first screen.
- Speed & Organization: You are hyper-organized. You never let a candidate fall through the cracks. You can manage 3-6 open roles simultaneously without losing your cool.
- Proactive "Hunter" Mindset: You don't need to be told to source. You see a gap, and you fill it. You are comfortable doing cold outreach.
- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with modern ATS/CRM tools (Notion, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and use AI tools to draft JDs and outreach messages efficiently.

- Crypto Knowledge: Knowing that the best Web3 talent often lives on X (Twitter), not just LinkedIn, will give you a massive sourcing advantage.
